The company I work for has been using Malibu Systems as its Point of Sale (POS) software provider for its retail operations Since 2002.

The POS cash register touchscreen interface is very flexible and intuitive. It takes less than one hour to train new staff on how to use the system, even with no previous work experience or knowledge of how to use a cash register.

Their customer service is excellent and they take service calls late into the evening.

The back office sales report options are great and provide the detailed information we need to make sound business decisions regarding the management of our product inventory.

I’ve enjoyed working with them for over 20 years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to procure a high-quality POS cash register system to help run a their business operation.

We have been using Malibu Systems as our POS provider for over a decade. They are very responsive and our systems are exactly what we have needed throughout this time. Their best quality is the customer service they provide. They are on any issues immediately and provide a very personalized service. Over COVID, we needed to create an online portal for our business where people could see our inventory remotely. They created this for us in a very short timeframe from scratch and allowed our student and customer base to continue using our store. Without Malibu, we could not have performed at all during this time. We have been with them for a long time and will continue to for the foreseeable future! GREAT customer service!
