My business partner and I had a horrible experience working with Malibu Labs. The owner, Henry is a liar and he makes false claims on his website. We chose to manufacture with him because the website claimed to have worked with many top clean beauty brands. We paid for samples and spent money to fly to Los Angeles to meet with him. We did three rounds of samples and each time they got worse. The third time, the samples were unusable and didn't even resemble a beauty product. The ingredients in the formulas were separating and couldn't be used at all! We asked for a refund, which he refused. He stopped answering our emails and blocked our phone numbers as well. We completely wasted our money on the samples and flights/hotels, as well as a year of our time, when we could have been using another factory. Malibu Labs is a scam and I would never recommend working with them.
