Representative can even answer a simple question. Asserts that I should sign a NDA. Prior to getting the question answered. I just wanted to know if they do direct to market promotion of new ideas. Told me to seek the website for more information. When I experience stupid things like this with employees of a promotion company it means only one thing to me; the company is up to no good.
