My 2T hard drive crashed in my desktop. Best Buy was only able to get a fraction of the data before replacing the drive. I took it to Main Sail Data and right there on the spot they tested it to see if they would be able to retrieve the data. The drive itself was making a noise. They recommended that I take the drive to Eco Recovery in Jupiter which I did and they retrieved all 2T of data. I am grateful to Mail Sail Data for this honest referral. Thank you!

Paul was a miracle worker for me as it appeared my data was gone but Paul knew how to fix and recover- problem was due to an old hard drive. Paul is very knowledgeable with everything about computers and was pleasant and professional. This week I had my second experience with Mail Sail Data. The first time they completely retrieved my data from a crashed hard drive from a laptop. 2 other places said they couldn't help me. This time, they restored an iPhone that had crashed and wouldn't power up past the apple. Paul is so knowledgeable and persistent, plus he's pleasant and professional. He won't give up until he's tried EVERYTHING. This time, it was 3 other places that turned me away and said it was hopeless. The only reason I didn't start at MainSail was because they weren't open when I was first investigating the problem. Next time i need data recovery services, I will just wait and go there. My daughter recently had her laptop repaired by Mainsail. Paul did a great job. The cost was very reasonable and right in line with the competitors. Everything was explained to her before the repair. He didn't try to take advantage of her by selling her what she didn't need like another repair shop. I'd definitely recommend Mainsail for any IT needs.

MainSail Data came through for me yet again. I took my laptop in to the shop for what I thought was one problem, only to find that it was more than one. Yikes, since I run my business from home ON my laptop, I could not afford to be without it for very long. Within 24 hours, it was back up and sailing along smoothly.

Paul and Caitlin are such consummate professionals, it is always a pleasure to go in and have them adjust the rudder!

I attempted to transfer my entire company emails from gmail.org via uplinkearth to Google Workspace this past summer. I'm reasonably tech-savvy and didn't foresee the obstacles I'd encounter. More like brick walls! I had 4 visits from a local tech support company to fix it - no solution in sight. One 40 minute phone call with Aaron and everyone's emails were finally fixed and flooding in like normal. Thanks to Aaron and Dale at Mainsail, I not only saved my job but the company was so grateful to finally receive emails again they quickly forgot about my "bright ideas" not being so bright! Aaron and Dale were the answer to a problem I was buried in. I am eternally grateful. Great Value & phenomenal quality. I would have paid any amount and they did not take advantage of that need.
