Been building my own pc's for more than 20 years now but for my most recent build I found after I had bought the parts that I didn't have the time or the motivation to assemble it myself. Contacted Stuart and he told me to bring my parts in and he would "make it perfect." He found some bent pins on my mobo cpu socket and recommended a change in memory but otherwise never tried to sell me parts other than what I'd already bought. His attention to detail was impeccable and it looks incredible.

*Edit* This was a high end gaming build, so to any of my enthusiast brethren out there he speaks our language.

I took my son’s gaming computer(iBUYPOWER trace MR gaming desktop) to Stuart.
After speaking with my son, he knew what the issue could be. The next day, he called with the estimate and we picked it up that afternoon. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism shown! Highly recommend this company!!

Stuart the owner of Magic City Computers is a true Renaissance Man !
This guy can fix anything.He is sharp as a tack and honest to a fault.He will tell you if your computer is worth fixing or if you should buy a new one.
He does memory upgrades and builds computers from scratch.
An honest Christian with a good heart
And always trying to do the right thing.

Had to go pickup my computer after leaving it there for 3 weeks. Nothing had been done. I called each week for a status update and my questions were met with confusion. I won't be returning.

Update: 9/27/24
In response to the recent reply from the owner. I totally understand if parts aren't available. My review is more about the communication was fumbled often and it was hard for me to get any updates during the time you all had the computer. In any case, I encourage you to not take these reviews personally and use them as valuable feedback to improve aspects of the business rather than being defensive. All the negative reviews I've read in here have defensive feedback from you rather than apologizing to the customer and taking ownership which I think is the right response from a professional business. My goal was only provide accurate feedback to the business. I wish you the all the best!

He was super helpful and very nice. He got my laptop up and running in no time. He sells parts and accessories too, so when my dog ate my charging cable a couple of weeks after he fixed my computer, I was able to get a new one right then. He is definitely my go to computer guy from now on!
