Just spent a night at the new Madison resort. The hotel itself is beautiful most amenities were not open since it is march. The only complaint I have is the pull-out couch was the absolute worst mattress I have ever slept on in my life the floor would have been more comfortable. I am surprised that such a high-end resort would actually expect people to sleep on that. Other than that it is beautiful and very clean and the staff was very nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We requested toilet paper and it was brought to our room within 5 minutes. The rooms are beautiful. No carpet. The bed was comfortable. It was cleaned nicely. Would definitely return.

My sister and I came down in December to celebrate our birthdays and were pleasantly surprised with this beautiful resort. The newly renovated rooms are clean, the mattresses & pillows are very comfortable, and even though we only had a view of the parking lot we were able to enjoy people watching as we sat in our cozy "living room" space that had a couch, chair & tv. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check in/out was extremely easy. This is certainly a little gem nestled in Wildwood Crest. The new owners have put their heart into the renovations and are invested in the customers experience. Each year our family stays in the Crest and by far, this resort tops the rest! We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the pool, the close walk to the beach and the beautiful rooms.

Loved this hotel! Everything in The Ocean Tower is brand new! It’s so clean and the entire resort is beautiful. It’s right on the beach and right next to the end of the bike path leading to the boardwalk. Looking forward to staying again! We’ve stayed at MANY different hotels in Wildwood over 20 years and this is by far, the nicest.

I have to assume all the negative reviews are because this hotel also bought the old Royal Hawaiian next door, which was renamed The Royal Tower. I don’t believe it was completely renovated hence the reviews.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Madison Resort! Everything about the room was perfect!!! Comfortable bed, great updated shower, rooms have a fun decor where you feel like you're back in the 70s but all brand new! And let's not forget .... it's Ocean front with a great view!! I Highly recommend staying at the Madison!!!

Front desk staff was warm and friendly. Excellent location - nice quiet neighborhood. Next to a park with bike rental. Beach access at the corner of the property. Large pool. Rooms are very nice and clean. "Kitchen" area has a K cup coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, 2 glasses, 2 cups. Can't wait to come back.

Had the pleasure of staying a new beautiful retro chic resort in Wildwood Crest last weekend. Found this resort on Instagram and was immediately impressed and so I decided to book it for my fun 3 day fun weekend. Glad I didn’t take the negative reviews to heart and decided to see for myself firsthand. ||From the moment I arrived I was taken with the cute, retro chic lobby resembling a 1950’s-60’s living room. The outside of the lobby is also cute and comfy with rocking chairs and a pretty photo-op retro flower filled phone booth. My ocean view room was just as adorable with all the retro chic appliances and coastal vibe bedroom. My room was spotless and the bed is sooo comfy and I love that the sink was outside of the bathroom and what a great beautiful walk in shower!|The pool is beautiful with all the cabanas, and the lounge area with the comfy couches and fire pits. There is also a rooftop sun deck with couches as well. The resort boasts a restaurant which was only open for breakfast during this time, and what looks like a retro pink van that must serve drinks and snacks during the summer, by the pool. ||I thoroughly enjoyed my time during an amazing warm fall weekend at this super cute resort and was pleased with most of the staff, especially Becky at the front desk. She answered so many questions with a great smile and was so helpful. In fact I was so impressed with her salesmanship, that I already booked my birthday stay at the new tower that is opening next year, the next block over! The Royal Tower has a cute lazy, river style pool with some palm trees and most of the rooms will have a private balcony. ||Thank you Madison Resorts for a wonderful, relaxing stay and sooo looking forward to staying at your new tower next summer

Worst vacation ever. Could not wait to get home. Would not go back if the room was free. Upon arrival, only one elevator was working. There was a long line of people waiting to use the elevator. It took about 20 minutes for us to get on the elevator with our luggage, dogs, and my 83 year old father. The room was cleaned but not well. Dirty clothes were hanging on the back of the bathroom door and the floor was dirty. I went down to the office complain and they refunded two of our four nights. They said they would send someone up to clean the room better but that never happened. The door handle fell off the door, it was difficult to park our truck in the crowded parking lot, and the shuttle service was never able to accommodate us.
