Luis did a great job when my old PC died that morning. I explained that I used that PC for work and, if we couldn't save it, I needed that hard drive installed on another PC that same day. Luis immediately got to work on my PC, we couldn't save it because of fried mother board. Luis rebuilt a new temp PC from items in the back, installed my HD, loaded operating system, and I was back on the road that afternoon! He did all this for a very reasonable price. BTW - he always answers his phone!! I found my PC guy.

I went to Louis for my laptop’s weakness of charging. He didn’t fixed, and even worse, broke my wire which connect to the battery and lost 4 nails for my case. So my laptop totally dead. He kept saying sorry but no compensation, no repairs. He said would help me to fix all he caused. But no! Nothing. I am really angry! and regret!!! to go there!

I took Louis my sister's laptop that had taken a nasty fall and took some good damage. The touch screen no longer worked and it was falling apart pretty badly. I had taken the laptop to a different computer repair store the previous week and was told that it was not possible to fix and that I was better off buying a new one. I really wanted to get it it fixed since it was a bit pricey and had just purchased pretty recently.

When I took the laptop to Louis, he immediately said he would be able to fix it and gave me a fair price. He reparied the screen and the touch screen pretty quickly, but then ran into a problem with the keyboard not working. Louis took a few more days, but was able to find a workaround to getting it to work. If I had not taken the laptop to Louis, the laptop would have been a total waste of money. We have not had any issues with the laptop so far and it seems to be working just like it was before we dropped it. Defintely going to be taking my businness to Louis in the future.
