Loquient has been our provider now for years. They are actually part of our team. Craig, Brad and everyone at Loquient is always responsive, helpful and courteous. They always follow up and check in with us. We consider them more as friends than a service provider. It's really great to have them as both! We couldn't operate daily without their knowledge and assistance. We call them for everything! They are on site weekly and more if needed. 5 stars isn't enough for the treatment they give us. Really great team of IT folks there! I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

The team at Loquient are terrific! They maintain all of our computer equipment, all our back ups, and mail server. They are always there to answer any and all questions in a very timely manner. They also help us as consultants to our equipment, and make sure we have the right hardware and software to get the job done. Everyone is very knowledgeable and have incredible patients with all of my questions (I have enough knowledge to be dangerous). Knowing we have Loquient on our team, we really don't have to worry about updates of software or anything about our computers; in this world of hackers and fakes, it's really nice to know that we have a reliable and trustworthy company keeping an eye on everything.

We had to pull together a system for a virtual presentation with a major US retailer and the team at Loquient came through in a big way. One of their key technicians worked almost exclusively with us for over 10 days and put together an incredible; portable video conferencing system. Not only did they deliver; they manned the system during this critical call to insure it went off without a hitch. Don't see that type of dedication and customer service very often these days. Deeply appreciate the Loquient team who has been by our side for the better part of 10-years! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
