I really can’t say enough good things about Longview Tech Pros(Tyler and Kevin. )My wife and I have been acquainted with this business for at least three years. In my opinion they are second to none when it comes to cell phone and computer repair or just help in general. They are friendly, honest, and respectful. Not to mention patient with us old people. They have pulled me out of a bind when the big boys couldn’t or just wouldn’t. Kevin and Tyler thanks for being there. Just picked up my new laptop yesterday. Service and people were great! Very helpful and took good care of my device! Took slightly longer than I would have hoped for but I’m pretty sure mostly due to waiting for the part coming in(something out of their control). Would recommend and will use again if I have any other trouble with my PC!

Wow, was I delighted to find Longview Tech Pros! My iPad needed a new screen and Apple wanted a whopping $649. I spoke with Tyler at Longview Tech Pros, and received an extremely reasonable quote with a one day turnaround. Tyler was great to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. He called when the part was in. And lucky me, he was able to fix it same day! He did a great job, and I am now taking my 2017 iMac to him for repairs I have been waiting to handle until I found a good tech service!. Very pleased with Tech Pros and I highly recommend!

Tyler at Tech Pros saved me $750! I wanted to trade in my Samsung S10 for a newer version. My phone provider offered me an $800 trade in... until we realized the back of my phone was broken and my $800 trade in disappeared. I took it to Tech Pros and they were able to repair it for only $50. It only took a few days even though they had to order the part. I was able to trade that phone in on a brand new one and got my $800 trade in value. Fast and friendly customer service!
