Twice in the last couple of months, I have had the pleasure of dealing with LCC. My old PC started giving me an error message that I couldn’t fix so I took it up to LCC. Much to my dismay, it was pronounced it DOA. Admittedly, it was about 12 years old, so it had lived a good life. Fast forward a few weeks and I get a new PC. I was able to successfully transfer everything over from my laptop, but could not get my autocorrect in Word to recognize all of the entries that I had made over the last several years. As a medical and legal transcriptionist those autocorrect entries save me many keystrokes so it was of utmost importance that I get them back. A panicked quick 5- minute phone call with a knowledgeable tech at LCC was all it took to get me up and running. Everyone I have dealt with, from the young lady at the front desk to the people in the back, has been professional and courteous. I have recommended LCC to several people and they have my business from here forward. These guys are great!!!

I didn't visit them but I'm giving it one star because the woman that answered didnt seem to know anything so I couldn't trust them with my device.

Due to the response to my review yes I did review several places recently as I was on vacation and they all populated for me to review. However this is the only one star I gave. The others were fives. I'm not in the system because like i stated i called got a woman who seemed inexperienced and clueless so i didn't follow through by going there. Your response shows that your customer service is lacking. Instead of trying to fix the issue you tried to make it seem like I lied. Oh and here is proof where I called March 3rd and also called to speak to you today after you posted the response.

I took a computer that I thought was fried and they put all the pieces back together and in a new case with a new hard drive and it was much less than if I had tried it myself. Much quicker and communicated very well through the process. I will be using LCC in the near future for two more machines that desperately need help.

LCC really came through for us. We need repairs quickly in order to assist grieving families. Logan arrived quickly and had us up an running in no time. I can't even begin to explain the difference LCC made for so many. While I hope we don't need any further repairs, LCC will be the one to call if we do.

Came it right at closing and they were very nice, didn't push me out. Needed a power cord and I don't think they had one, but they pulled one off a power source and gave me a great deal.

I have been doing business with the staff at Longview Computer Center for several years. Each person i have dealt with has been outstanding in every aspect! They are reasonably priced and can resolve any computer issue, Hardware or Software related.
