I did a focus group this week for Lonergan Research. This was my first group with this company. I found them extremely professional. They were punctual in delivering all the information re the group and available via phone/email for any questions I had prior to the group. I really enjoyed the experience and the subject of the group was interesting and relevant to me. Steve and Eric were particularly helpful. Would love to do further group with them in the future. I really enjoy the focus groups. The recruiters and the group facilitators are friendly, welcoming and professional. The venues are in convenient locations and at convenient times, refreshments provided are also lovely.
Totally recommend them, incentives are paid when advised.
I look forward to being invited again.

I absoltuely enjoy my work with Lonergan Research. It allows me to stay abreat of present important issues whilst also allowing my input into certain topics and products. It also allows me the opportunity to fine tune my IT skils with focus groups. As a person over 70 years old with many lived experiences, it provides me an opportunity to still be engaging without being discriminated due to my age.
