While not the only company selling UV Printers, they're the only one's I'd buy from! They have absolutely made a lifelong customer out of me. Every single person I've interacted with was a joy to talk to and I always felt they genuinely cared about me and my business.

If you're in the market for a printer, you owe it to yourself to reach out. Ask for Kristin, as she was my saleswomen. She was FANTASTIC and really took the time to help me navigate which machine was best for me. As pleasant as the sales experience was, Kristin's best attribute is her willingness to continue to help you long after you've signed the contract. She has remained my point of contact with LogoJet and has been an immeasurable asset to my me and my business.

Javier, the technician who assisted me in setting up my machine and training me on it was also great. He was patient, super knowledgable, and got me confident in using the printer quickly.

I could go on and on talking about Edwin (lead technician), Jessi and Krislyn (office staff), and the rest of their team. Honestly, everyone was just a pleasure to work with.

While I'm typically not big on writing reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience since so many companies these days stop well short of that extra mile. LogoJet puts people first, and that word is definitely worth spreading!

What an amazing experience working with their team end to end. Starting with Kristen in their sales team, her kindness and patience working thru the financials, getting us the best price, and staying engaged with a very needy customer every step in the process. We were then fortunate enough to visit their facility and see their Uv printers in action with Josh their demonstrator. So friendly and personable, as well as helping us get the machine loaded in the vehicle and home safe and sound. But to honest they really put their money where their mouth is when it comes to their tech support. Over the last 3 days, Tim gave us the most outstanding support. Our installation process was not smooth by any means - If I am being very critical, the only negative I would say is we were missing parts and a few of the parts we had (Dampeners and the ink seals) were defective. But the way he handled each issue, Making sure we had the missing pieces the very next morning, walking us thru the replacement and setup with a patience that I would argue would qualify him for sainthood; Every bit made up for the hiccups of the installation process. I wish I had more stars to give just for him! For any would be customer - I would say take the plunge - Logojet has a team that is built on making you successful!

Using Logo Jet machines for our UV printing process has been a great experience. The quality of the machine and the resulting UV printed images is unsurpassed. As well, their technical support department, especially Edwin Gomez has been able to resolve and/or answer our issues and questions quickly which has allowed us to keep all 4 of our machines running smoothly and productively. I highly recommend this company, their product and support team.

Also I must mention the excellent service that Rafael brings to us every time we need support and Edwin the other technician. He spent a considerable amount of time sharing new tips, tricks, and refreshers with me. I especially appreciated how patient and detailed he was with all of my questions. From our initial interaction at a trade show, to receiving and setting up the machine, LogoJET has been phenomenal to work with! Their sales reps were highly knowledgeable and willing to test out some samples for us to ensure it would work for our intended use. Quality was extremely important to us, and this machine delivers! Michal Madera was our installation technician and was extremely thorough in walking us through each step of the set up process and answered all of our questions along the way as it applied to how we'd be using the machine. Overall very satisfied with the quality of service provided and know that we have a great support system in case we should have any issues along the way. Thank you!!

Incredible experience! From the purchase to the install everything went perfectly and very professionally. Merrie really helped me select the correct machine for my business. After the purchase Jessi got the machine shipped and training setup. I received the machine about 8 days after payment. The packaging of the machine was absolutely perfect, the way they packed the machine was very professional and secure. The machine was shipped with everything you could possibly need and even spare parts. Merrie and Jessie have great communication and have followed up several times. Tim came to do the install, he pretty much knew everything about the machine. The install went very well and everything functioned as advertised, no surprises! Tim did an incredible job with the training and we were printing with confidence by the end of the second day. Great Job everyone at LogoJet!!!
