I had to return an item in which customer service was okay because I did order it online. It felt like the lady was trying to rush me along.by which they should consider investing in their own wifi so it can speed process of mail retrieval up. They were having a sale so I exchanged for floral dress and shorts.

Love the clothes at the Loft in Mission Viejo Mall. Would have given 4 stars except was completely ignored when walking around store. An acknowledgement with the comment "we will help you as soon as someone us free" would be adequate for the moment. Saw a sweater really liked but was not going to wait around.
