We have been using LoadStop for some time and it has been an amazing experience.
LoadStop's team is amazing and extremely helpful. Our Project Manager, Sean, specifically has been very helpful and has trained our staff multiple times to ensure the team knows everything they need to do in the right way.
There are a lot of options which were a little overwhelming in the beginning but we have found them to be very useful. We are very satisfied with the system and would recommend this to everyone.

There is a review left by Alina Laur, I agree with every word there.
After completing onboarding, we used LS for 2 weeks and asked to get a way out of the contract since it`s impossible to work in it for a number of reasons...
This "TMS" is such a raw product, overcomplicated, integrations are not working properly, training is just blood out of the ears, you ask them simple direct question and they go around for 20 minutes, they don`t understand what`s needed for carriers to run smoothly, they created solution to milk money and collect data and what's worse they lure you to sign the contact and doesn`t want to cancel it like it`s North Korea, will take them to court. When you address the issue they tell you maybe in 3 month we will create a solution just keep paying us. Look at their reviews, all Indian chat bots, no real carrier with positive review. At the end of the day, if you need laggy software, that will create issues in every department, from operations to billing then go and get LoadStop.

I am glad I took the time to read all the negative reviews before looking further into this product. Many of their positive reviews seem to be fake. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO KEEP PAYING FOR A PRODUCT THAT ISNT TO THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION. Many bad reviews on their software not working well, being overcomplicated, and trainers not helpful (all outsourced). That is what I keep seeing here from the real reviews. BEWARE.
