We are a decent sized congregation and had a very large job for Limitless to do. Our install went well overall. However, unless you're paying them to do a job, they're horrible at returning emails or phone calls. After the initial job, we needed some follow ups for a few small issues. It took months. It wasn't until we decided we wanted to do additional areas that they finally got back with me. In May of this year, I requested they come and redo some areas. They've canceled once, no-showed twice, and are apparently happy not having our business.

Do not get involved with this company.

We had tile and carpet in our home that we wanted to convert to stain concrete.
Andrew suggested an overlay because tile can leave a grid pattern after being removed and wanted the project to be seamless. The crew removed the tile and carpet hauled everything off and began the process. My husband and I had complete control over the color and were allowed as many applications as desired. The floors turned out beautiful and we will be contacting them for our garage!

These guys were great. Kerry was very meticulous working on my project and wanted to make sure it was all correct. My floor looks awesome compared to what it was before. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and the care they showed to make sure it was done right. I definitely recommend this company for your concrete floor projects.

I used Limitless Innovations to resurface our pool deck. Less than 1 year after they completed it, the concrete they applied chipped off in several places and there were cracks in the concrete. It took me calling several times to have them repair it before they finally came out. Even then, the patch job was very poorly done. The colors are not blended in, the concrete has fallen off again in some spots and there are still large cracks.

Andrew and Kerry will not respond to me anymore and I am left with a pool deck that I paid them thousands of dollars to resurface but looks cheap.

To make matters worse, they are featuring my pool deck on their website.

I am very disappointed by the quality of their work and their lack of customer service.
