A blink trip, must have an appropriate credit score (580-620)_before homes can be viewed...the info was proper, don't waste the gas, until that time...somewhat, misleading. The arrangement of scores, should have been discuss, before the in person visit(s), to prevent loss of time, gas, and travel service.
Therefore, an issue of fairness, trustworthiness and quality is doubtful...even in a better future...the best part is the offer of new homes... maybe, affordable for some folks. Do research_safety 1st.

we just went to the office to ask the price of the house, and left already satisfied with the new purchase. This is the first home and the first investment in your future. It is close to Route 95, and 15 min from the ocean by car. They also found a school for 8 and 6 balls not far from the house. The design of the houses is impressive, and we are glad that our friends advised us to buy this house. We hope that soon we will own it! Bilal manager is the best in this matter, he is very positive and professional in his field 👍

Please before you buy look at a more reputable builder. LGI is a very shady company. After buying our brand new home, I noticed our floors started to buckle within months. I put a request to have it fixed. After waiting for many months, I looked in our portal for repairs and my request was deleted. I submitted another request which was also deleted. Now it has been three years and LGI has made no effort to fix my floors. The buckling has spread and has only gotten worse. My floor is chipping! My neighbor has severe leaking in their roof, after only one year. A couple of other neighbors had mold in their bathrooms because the showers were not installed properly. Also, the yards are not leveled and will hold a massive amount of water when it rains. I love my neighborhood and my neighbors, but I cannot recommend LGI as a builder.

My experience with Gio Ireland and LGI Homes was great ! I was referred by a close friend while looking for a rental property. Our initial telephone conversation was very informative and I scheduled an appointment the very next Saturday. As a first time buyer I had a ton of questions and Gio and his team answered them all. I started the process in April and closed in July right before my August birthday! If you’re looking to purchase with a company that does everything in house I highly recommend reaching out to Gio and LFI Homes!

Thanks LGI and GIO as well as Management , mortgage, etc etc.. We were denied a home due to me having 10k in debt . 🤔😂. We were putting down 250K CASH !! and still denied. 250K CASH !! ..EVERYTHING Happens for a reason whew did we dodge a bullet ( Hence their 3.5 Star ⭐ rating 👎) as I soon after, quickly closed in 30 days NO hassles, Waay less money down . We purchased a beautiful enclosed POOL Jacuzzi home with a lake view, Full concrete,tile roofing in a guard Gated community. A bigger house 3000 sq ft. 4/3. For less than what LGI Celebration was asking for their smaller home without a pool not gated .. I'm in PSL COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES 😂.. I've been in the home 6 months now and just decided to write this review. Again thank you LGI UNcelebration..
