When i first started with them through a friend it was doing decently well, but over the past 2 years it has been progressively getting worse and worse with raising my price every couple months without my consent or giving me an option to opt out, while the data and connection is a constant struggle unless I’m on wifi or a network service. They also do not give you the option to transition your account and get the information you need when reaching out for assistance they force you to use their AI with no real communication! Very frustrating and annoying and they will gladly sign you up but if you try to leave you will be trying to figure it out for at least a week straight just like I am doing now.

Reactivated my account, noticed the following morning it had been cancelled due to an error on my part, so immediately paid the correct amount to have my service reactivated. After a couple hours I emailed asking about it and was told I paid the wrong amount and it was cancelled. I responded that I was aware and had already fixed the issue and paid. That was the only response I've gotten and now haven't had service for 2 full days. Don't waste your money.

Very patient customer service.
They answer right away and activated 2 lines almost immediately.Service works very well fast internet and calls without problems.
This company is very helpful to people who cannot pay high bills and still offer very good service.
I recommend to all friends and family porting all lines to Lexvor.

Lexvor is probably the best bang for your buck when it comes to a wireless phone service. 5g service everywhere I go and the prices that rival the big guys and customer service of an exclusive high-end concierge business that actually cares. Their customer service is done in the states and they are all very knowledgeable. Switch was super easy as well when It came to switching my number over to Lexvor. I’m going to switch over my entire family and business over. Can’t wait to see what they will be able to provide the larger they get. They have a customer for life here.

I was a little skeptical about signing up for cell phone services with this company due to how newly established it is, but I have to admit it was one of the best decisions I’ve made to try it out.

The porting process was the smoothest I’ve ever encountered; my phone number was active and working pretty much instantly, and more than that the service coverage is as great as they claim. I’ve actually noticed a overall smoother experience in use on this service which truly made the switch well worth it.

Customer service is amazing and answers timely as well.

I am looking forward to the company/services growth over time. If anyone is skeptical about this service, all I can tell you is to give it a try for yourself. Chances are you will be just as satisfied as I am.

Riley is the most professional and knowledgeable person in the sales department that I have ever done business with! For my first time hearing about these guys, he was able to share in detail the differences in the variety of phone plans and which plan would meet my needs the best. The patience, diligence, and above all the communication he exhibited throughout the process was exemplary. All of the details from the beginning right through the shipment of the package were attended to with care. I really appreciated the level of communication he maintained with me since I've never heard of this company and I need my service to work at all times with me being the owner of a company. Fasted network speed I have ever had. First time I have been extremely happy with my payments, plan and device! Everyone is so helpful and nice when I call with any questions. I’m just happy to not have anymore issues with basic phone carriers that seem to only care about money. I can upgrade whenever I want! Lexvor's new customer support sucks, Quan is 5-stars, but whoever this new person is just doesn't know their stuff. Doesn't consult with IT, doesn't reset the esim. Will remove whenever this gets fixed.
