Looks like great school district and before we didn’t have any problems but this year it’s different.
You can call day after day, but nobody answers. We applied for new student in April, and now it's July 26th, but we still haven't received a response. I have been calling many times to all phone numbers listed on the website, but they don't answer.

I am sorry but the school district is a failure to the real parents which are fighting for their child education. I have been trying to reach the office of the district and cannot reach anyone line just drops call.

LISD remains obstinate! They will neither mandate masks, nor provide online classes for kids. And the best of all, they won't reduce the attendance requirements putting the Children's health at risk and potential peril.
Parents calls regarding this to the center are responded to in an uncompassionate manner. My emails to the correspondent do not elicit any response whatsoever. Compared to nearby School Districts, LISD remains inelastic and unadaptable to the changing times.

Both of my children went lisd schools. I have given a large amount of money to the lisd scholarship fund every year(see scholarship fund for Hunter Berry) I am appalled and will cease my contributions immediately after seeing the political bias from the administration. NO political views should be in a public facility. The nerve of paid state employees pushing their agenda in government facilities and on the government time. I do not pay my taxes for worker to preach their ideology and views. The person who is responsible should be reprimanded, demoted or let go. I am very dissapointed and will give my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed that the LISD leadership refuses to put children’s health above politics. History will not be kind if children die. All teachers and school staff should be vaccinated and children should wear masks in doors.

Very disappointed my child go to a school that is not far from where I lived I decided to move closer to the school which is 2 min away and they prefer to have my child going to a school that is far because the place that I’m going to move it’s has a different school zone ,how a school that is like 2 min far from a middle school has a different school zone but where I lived it’s more than 2 min and she can go to that middle school it doesn’t make any sense
