Les Olson IT is incredible to work with. Our rep Wade Barrus was professional, honest and took the time to listen to our needs. Jaeda & Wade have been phenomenal to work with! They consistently check in on us to make sure that everything is taken care of. On the rare occasion that one of our printers has an issue, their repair technicians come over and have it fixed within a day or two. I would give this company five stars for service and being one of the best out there. However, please read the fine print on your equipment lease which does have more to do with the lending company that LEC. We leased a copy machine for five years. We were under contract with the lending company with a service guarantee with LEC. The service part was great but I feel we got sold a bill of goods especially when sales was doing their best to renew. Until we decided no, they reminded us that we had two choices, 1. buy the obsolete piece of equipment that is not made anymore for $2,600, or 2. ship the machine to the lend at our expense. After reviewing the contract, yes, we were on the hook for this....but we'll never do it again. =-(
