I sent in my Fujifilm X-Pro 3 for a monochrome conversion in December 2020, and when I got it back 3 months later there were very obvious defects on the sensor! I sent it back immediately to get it fixed, and now 8 months later I still haven't gotten neither the camera nor a refund, and they aren't responding to my emails. Can absolutely not recommend.

EDIT: Yes, I did dispute the charge, but this was months after I sent it back, and only because I didn't get any responses to my emails back then either. Even with that, I have sent in a camera that I no longer have, so I have effectively lost a $2000 camera. I would be happy to pay for the service if it was fixed, but I am starting to lose hope that that will happen.
