I think this is the most helpful hotel staff I've ever experienced. The front desk, housekeeping & maintenance. Maintenance drove to Walmart to buy me a new showerhead. I did a lot of research before booking, & calling the hotel multiple times & asking tons of questions. They could not have been nicer. I stayed in Fort Myers 2 nts (Waterfront Boutique) then moved to their Bonita Springs property for 3 nts. The pictures are accurate of the properties. I had a birthday during my stay & housekeeping made a little goodie basket & put it my room. Both properties had free bikes, paddle boards & kayaks. I spoke to other guests & they were happy with their stay as well. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Plus inside the room is information about the area that you need & a lot of thoughtful details you'll appreciate. They could upgrade to blackout curtains. Other than that, I cant think of anything negative. The hotel pics are Ft Myers Waterfront & kayak pic is Bonita Springs location.

The service here is outstanding. It really seems like the people who work here care. The grounds are beautiful. The room is adequate and clean. We were really amazed when the groundskeeper also cooked us breakfast on the blackstone and even stopped by the roadside to help us when we had a problem with our bike! He was amazing! Not the fanciest place, but close to the bridge and you can walk across and to a few of the local restaurants. We took bikes everywhere, which are included. It was a lot of fun!

Great location for relaxing. As a jumping off point for exploring: also great. Retro, Tidy and clean, this retro space offers up good vibes at a reasonable price. We appreciate to mini fridge and The outdoor seating around the docks to take in the evening air.

Cute and quaint! This property had all we needed for a long weekend near Ft Myers beach in January. Since the weather was cool, we didn't suffer not being right on the beach or on the busy island. Though it was an easy drive onto the island from there. The location also made it easy to pop out to the store to get any forgotten items. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I initially chose Latitude 26 because it looked stunning online. However, after reading some mixed reviews, particularly about uncomfortable beds and rooms not matching the website images, I started second-guessing my reservation and even considered canceling.

Upon arrival, I had a little trouble finding room number 6 and had to call for assistance. The staff member was incredibly kind and guided me over the phone, helping me locate the room without any issue. Their professionalism was much appreciated.

Once my husband and I stepped into the room, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately exceeded my expectations. The room was exactly as pictured, if not better. One detail I truly loved was the small, fresh bouquet of pink roses—such a thoughtful touch that added to the charm of the space. And contrary to what I had read in some reviews, the bed was incredibly comfortable. In fact, we slept so well that we didn’t wake up until 9:30 AM, only because my son called!

In short, I would recommend not letting some of the negative reviews discourage you. Everyone has their own perspective, and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. Latitude 26 offers a peaceful and tranquil escape, and I will absolutely be returning on my next visit to Bonita Beach.

This was a very quaint relaxing place to stay. My husband and I just wanted a get away and exceeded our expectations ! The property was adorable and unique in its own way! All the staff were so nice and accommodating . Our room was very clean and attention to detail! They had recently had storm damage and are in process of some repairs but it did not affect our time there. We will be returning again soon!

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel experience. It is on the water and has kayaks and standup paddle boards for use by guests. It offers an alfresco breakfast and has a lovely swimming pool and sun deck. With lots of plants and outdoor seating it feels like a little oasis. Would stay there again!

I booked this over the phone. It looks ok online but not what I expected. The room is small and so outdated. There is no light above the bathroom sink, the bathroom cabinet is actually a deep kitchen cabinet with an old countertop. The sink is way back because it’s a deep kitchen cabinet. Who is that brilliant person who thought brushing your teeth would be easy. Not everyone is 6’ tall. But the biggest problem is the noise, the room 302 must have been part of a house because there is a door between the next room. Someone thought that sticking styrofoam and paint it will prevent the noise?No one cares about your “ quiet time 10PM”
I sleep awful, the breakfast was a joke but the garden was nice. Located at the end of a canal where all the junk accumulate and it smells horrible. They do have some tables with propane but I give up due to smell. I know breakfast starts 8:30 but do you have to start your music at 8:29? It’s too loud for those people who can’t sleep due the noises from next door and maybe trying to sleep in a bit.
I guess the only good place might be upper level the rooms in the 200s. Stay away from the pool area rooms if you must stay there.
