I am very pleased that LaserTek Solutions was able to fix my 14 year old Brother MFC-J441ODW printer / scanner / copier device. While parts aren't inexpensive, the fact that I have my reliable printer working without having to replace it with a newer, cheaper, less capable device (and lose my investment in ink cartridges) made this a good economic choice. And finding a repair company that fixes equipment correctly the first time is priceless. I would recommend them to anyone with legacy printers.

I give LazerTek Solutions a 5 Star and an A+++++ rating. I am severely disabled. The LazerTek staff made every to accommodate me .They sent their repairman to do an in the house repair on my Brother Printer. The repair man arrived on time. He was very personal, knowledgeable and he fixed my printer. The printer worked like new. It would be nice if all companies worked line this. Their service charge was very reasonable.
