What an amazing software company!! There's nothing like having all your renovation and construction needs met with one system. I love how user friendly the system is. The system is very reliable. You can also count on Land Gorilla's system. I've been using this system since 2016 and I've never had any issues with the system being down. We've been using Land Gorilla for 3 years now in our primarily construction lending-focused company. Our experience has been great. We've appreciated their employees openness to feedback as well as the constantly evolving set of tools and functionality available within the software. It's malleable enough to work with our loans which feature relatively non-standard terms, but also has a lot of key features you need to lend on construction projects. We intend to keep using the software and are starting to explore some of the other available elements it offers that we hadn't previously used (investor tracking, for instance).

I love the dashboard has all information at my fingertips. Ordering inspections and feasibility reports has never been easier. The system is very user friendly. Reports can be generated with a couple of quick clicks! My account manager is always available to walk me through all the new enhancements. Land Gorilla software is very user friendly. They offer customized reports, customized interest statements. The way the program is set up makes it easy for us to set up our projects and manage them on a daily basis.
The inspection request process is also very easy and quick turn times.
