We were having problems with signal strength which made communication between some of our devices difficult. I called and spoke with Chase who was so very helpful … he listened and sent out a Shaun, a technician who was patient, kind and helped solve our problem. We appreciate the prompt service and support from both of them.

Just signed up for thr 5Gb Fiber package. We have been loving it. Fast speeds and low ping make gaming feel great. So long Midco.

Update: after a little over a month of amazing service things have degraded significantly. I am paying for a 5gb connection but it never connects higher than 2gb and we have constant issues. I believe they don't have the necessary infrastructure to support these speeds for the number of users. My cell phone data is faster and more reliable.

We had Kwikcom for 3 years never being late on any bill. We live at Timber Lakes Camp which has multiple building sites with Kwikcom service. When our personal service went out we called and a rep came out to check. It turned out that their equipment was faulty and we needed a new service box. Kwikcom refused to replace their equipment that was providing our service because it was on a pole that required a bucket truck to reach. Although their website says “our equipment, our problem” they refused to replace the box. They informed us that it was our responsibility to rent a bucket truck because they had none. ($350.00 to rent) We have pictures of their bucket trucks. We are very disappointed in their service and are considering canceling all service at the many buildings here.

Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! Made an appointment to have internet installed in my camper, they told me they was able to do it but when it came for them to install on it they never called or even showed up. So I called them to find out why they said they could not do insulation on an RV. Then why did you tell me that you could to begin with and took all my information down and set up appointment?

I recently installed a server for a local company and had to call their tech support center several times. Over the day, I worked with Hunter, Levi, and Shawn (I think I spelled it right) to address a myriad of networking issues on site. All of their support staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. As someone who has worked in IT Support for over 15 years, I can say it's some of the best tech support services I have ever experienced. The project would have been delayed without their diligent support team working with me to address some complicated routing issues. I want to thank all three of the support folks listed above for helping make their project a success.

So I’m only giving it two stars and the reason why is we’ve had this Internet service for about almost 2 years now and it’s worked fine but then we had a little bit of some problems so we ended up upgrading our plan. We pay 100 bucks now instead of what we were paying for and even with the highest plan, it was working pretty good but now it is working horrible we can’t even stream anything. I can’t have one movie on and I can’t have one video game on horrible don’t buy this service. Save your money for a different one also one thing to mention the site says you can stream multiple services with are plan but we can only stream 1 if we do more we lag a lot and not to mention we called to see if it would get fixed they said it was on our end we called again 1 week later and got hung up on

I have been waiting on services to be done since early/mid July at my house. Once put on the schedule, they were able to come 2 weeks later. They installed the router into my house but was not able to turn it on due to needing construction work done in my front yard (installing an electrical line of some sort, not fully understanding that this would take 2 months to complete). Customer service has been great and very nice and understanding on the phone and I appreciate all of their work in helping resolve this issue. Although, I still have yet to have the construction crew show up to do the work. From my understanding, there was an issue or miscommunication from Kwikom to construction crew about what needed to still be done at my location. I have heard great things about their services and wifi, which ultimately led me to choose this provider, but I am very unhappy with how long this has lasted and how it is still not resolved. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone and said he was in communication with his supervisor about my situation. The down side to this all is that I have to be home for them to come work at my house and I am a teacher and a coach after school so I am unavailable from 7am - 6 pm. I have been in constant communication but I am very unsatisfied with how this all happened. (First world problems, I know.)
