"I received an email alerting me about a 40% off coupon, so I went to the store only to realize that all the good products don’t accept this coupon. Only the junk, the stuff no one wants, is included in the discount—products that have been sitting there since last year, etc. I saw a shirt I remember being there for almost a year and asked about the price, only to be told it wasn’t included in the promotion. This is a fake promotion, and that’s why you’re going out of business. Goodbye, I’m never coming back because the good stuff is ridiculously overpriced and not worth it! Goodbye, Kohl's."

Disappointed. A lady asked me if I needed help, and I asked for testers. She proceeded to tell me that they don't have any. I simply said, I wish they had testers for consumers. She then said "I only work here". Upset, but still wanting to leave the store with my personal favorite I wanted to purchase a 5 oz bottle of Gucci guilty (The black bottle). I was going to ask if they had it in stock and instead I just left because I can go to Neimans and not deal have to deal with people like this. To top it all off I left and said "Have a good night" and she IGNORED ME.

I love Kohl's on Adams in Huntington Beach! The prices are great and always plenty of parking. The reason though I did this yelp is for customer service! There is a young man that works there. His name is Aitu! He is tall and full of energy, you can t miss him! But infact I and many customers have missed him. He is not there as often. You used to be able to see his beautiful smiling face and respectful manner. But I and other customers have not seen him as often. I hope with changing management which happens at times cut backs happen. Kohl's you do not want to short change on employees like this. With this economy the only reason at times people enter a store is because of the customer service! Just to hear a genuine hello, competent and fast service! All these things encompass this young man Aitu! Inspiring name inspiring young man!

Kohls on Adams in Huntington Beach is wonderful...helpful employees, store in order...only BIG problem is they need more cashiers. Checkout takes too long. There were 12 people waiting in line with only two cashiers... at this location it is commonplace...never fails to amaze me.

I specifically come to this Sephora in Kohls in hopes that Anaise is working. She is so helpful and knowledgeable in skin care products and makeup. She is sweet, kind and so patient enough to help me find the right foundation to match my skin color/type. She’s awesome!!

I shopped Sephora inside Kohl’s in H.B.. I worked with Anaise- I had a fantastic experience. Her knowledge showed education in skin care and make up. She knew where in each isle and brand name where to go to and look for a particular product I was seeking. She was polite and happy. I shopped with my mom whom is hard of hearing and she respected my mom as most people don’t. Loss of hearing is a real thing. Anaise was a pleasure. My mom and I will return in hopes she is working on our next daughter and mother day out to find fun and new products that Sephora continues to carry. Thank you for your kindness.
