This morning I fought a finicky printer for hours. Contacted my ISP and they recommended KNS Technical Services. I contacted them and in less than 1 hour they were at my door. "Suli" had me up and running within 15 minutes. He showed me what he did and imagine my surprise it was a method all the printer "help" screens never even mentioned. KNS is fantastic and I would look to them for any computer related services anywhere in the White Mountains.

I just got a new computer and couldn't get the camera to work. They took care of it and I appreciated Roy and Joe taking care of and teaching me about the camera as I needed it for my job. I would highly recommend them for computer and Iphone service and will definitely use them in the future.
It is great that they are in Snowflake.

Called KNS after computer HACKED by McAfee!
Trying to force me to purchase their garbage! Tonga from KNS answered the phone...What an AWESOME experience... I allowed him access to my computer, and he had everything fixed in matter of a few moments! He was very polite and considerate. He wanted to save me a trip to their
shop! How often does that occur! I will definitely
plan to use them again! Thank You!

We have used KNS media so many times this year and will NEVER go anywhere else! We have worked with Suli and Siaosi and love them both! So professional and hard working! Siaosi has done media coverage for many of our businesses and show up on time, works hard to get the videos back to us quick, while also making sure they are too notch! I will use them over and over! I don't normally write reviews but I think that my contact with KNS earlier this week warrants comment. I live about twenty miles east of Snowflake and my computer stopped connecting to the internet. I drove to town and tried to connect from the city park with no luck.

I was going to drive to Show Low to find a place to fix the laptop but remembered an KNS, an IT company, a few blocks away. I went there (without great expectations).

It just happened that Suli, one of the tech guys, was in the lobby when I got there. He took the computer and sat on the couch and went to work. Ten minutes later and the problem was solved.

He was very pleasant and informative as he typed away. You can't beat the service and the price was much lower than I expected.

If you want a glitzy showroom, this isn't the place. If you want a company with a lot of technical knowledge and a good local reputation you won't do any better in the White Mountain communities.

WOW! My email account has been down for 4 weeks on my home computer. I've tried to rectify the problem, as have a couple of my adult children. I finally called KNS on Monday after noon and they came to my home on Tuesday. Then expert tech had my problem corrected within two(2) minutes. WHY did I wait so long to call in the professionals?!
