Came in to replace my battery on my phone. My phone worked perfectly before just my battery died quickly as the phone is about 4yrs old now. Note 20 Ultra.

Got the battery swapped in and 1 day later started having issues with my screen. It would stay black but I can hear the sound of clicking on apps or the screen would look like how tv static looks like, and it constantly shows a very faint flicker all the time, or my touch would register somewhere different on the screen. Just all these new screen issues. Sometimes the battery took a charge and sometimes it did not.

Sad to say I cannot recommend this place as now with my somewhat okay battery my screen is now unreliable. Its too bad since all the staff was very nice and tried to look into the issue.

I ended up buying a new phone instead as I cannot keep coming back in to have them look at it. It takes time to drop it off, have keep it and look at it the next day, and go pick it up.

My phone was completely fine before just the battery died fast and I wanted to save some money instead of buying a new phone.

So far I have used Klamath Technology Services twice. Once to replace the HDMI port on my son's PS5 and another time to replace the screen on my Samsung S22 Ultra. Both times I received excellent customer service. The employees are extremely professional and respectful. They also repaired both of my devices perfectly, and I got them back before I was expecting them. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have somewhere dependable and local to go to for all my technology needs.

They did a awesome job cleaning my ps5 and fixing my blue tooth speaker after my son broke the charging port. Very happy with their services and customer service, I will be using them in the future and recommending them to family and friends.

I left a review years ago and Klamath Technology continues to be an asset to my household. They have helped me so many times that I no longer even have tech stress. I just add Drop Off to Klamath Tech to my To Do List and let them figure it out. You know that feeling of OH NO when you realize that something you do not know how to fix has gone wrong on your devices? I don't get that feeling anymore. A second of annoyance and then off to KT, no worries. I am BAD at tech and they make it so worry free.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I took my iPhone in to get a new battery, the phone was fine but the battery was getting weak. $85 later I was out the door with my phone which was working. I went straight to my truck, drove straight back to work, went straight to my office and plugged the phone in to charge the new battery. By the way, it wasn’t raining, there were no puddles on the ground, there was no water or drinks in my truck or at my desk, the phone was never exposed to anything liquid. After about 3 hours I came out of the building I was in, back to my office and woke the phone up, the screen had 3 green vertical lines through it and then went black. The phone was still working but the screen was dead. I took the phone back to Klamath Technology and they said they would look at it but the tech was out and wouldn’t be back for 45 min. I left the phone with them and got a call about 1hr later; here’s the good part, they stated that my phone was full of water. So, I went back in and was told that when the phone came in the first time for service, there were no water sensors tripped but now they all were tripped. From this point on, the customer service was horrible, for about 10 min I was told that I was lying and that the phone was fine when it left so it must be my fault. Read above if you need to know what and where my phone did/went in the 3ish hours it was in my possession. Never was any attempt made or offered to fix the problem.
Let me lay out a couple of possible scenarios and you decide for yourself what happened,
1. My phone magically sucked water, from the air, through the case seal, which BTW the CS rep said was intact, after coming nowhere near any actual moisture or,
2. My phone screen was damaged during repair and instead of owning it and offering a fix, “magic water” is sprinkled on the water sensors and the business has zero liability…..
After I suggested this as a possibility, the CS rep told me to get out and I said “well what am I supposed to do with this phone?” His answer was, “we can put a new screen in”. I said, “didn’t you say the phone had water all inside of it”? “Doesn’t seem like the phone will work reliably any more”. His answer, “oh no, just the screen doesn’t work”. Hmmmmm, seems like a weird statement from a phone that supposedly was full of water.
Bottom line, I highly recommend not going here for any services, I’m out the $85 for the battery, my phone is worthless as a trade in (which Verizon just said would be about $600) and I don’t have a phone for the next couple of days.
