Denise at Kings Bay is incredible. Our year over year cost of Homeowners shot up over 50% and I called for help. They immediately began to obtain quotes from other carriers. That was the easy part. Once the quotes came back there were a number of items needed to qualify for all the discounts. She provided me with a property inspector, called him and he was here the next day. She instructed me on the pictures I needed to submit, receipts and permit records and she got the job done. Time was critical as I was up against a renewal and she responded to my emails and returned calls very quickly. She saved my family over $3k and that made a huge difference in our lives.
