I strongly advise against using this daycare facility. On May 3rd of last year, my 19 month old son sustained moderate injuries due to the negligence of Kiddie Academy of Longenbaugh-Cypress. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and the Child Care Licensing Division of Health and Human Services conducted an investigation and identified several violations against this facility.
After months of evasive responses from the daycare owners, my attorney has recently confirmed that the facility lacks proper insurance coverage to address medical expenses resulting from injuries sustained by children at Kiddie Academy of Longenbaugh-Cypress . This is profoundly troubling and warrants public awareness.
The owners have consistently failed to respond to my attorney’s requests and are actively avoiding personal service. Consequently, we have had to file a Motion for Substituted Service, which, when granted by the Judge, will allow my attorney to serve the lawsuit to the owners physical address.
One would expect that those responsible for the care of children would act ethically and responsibly in the event of an child injury, but it appears that we are dealing with a facility that prioritizes profits over the well-being of children.
