I can't say enough on the great performance of the new kitchen device, made my Kickr design. From the moment, I received the working prototype. I even demonstration the device at home and in the present of group of people. To test drive it and long and behold it actually worked and it really stood out on how it work and solves a problem. As the team designed exactly what I wanted in the design and the team execute period. It’s one of those device that you could use once and wonder how you ever lived without it. Cleanup is quick too, which is a huge bonus.

Highly recommend this to anyone who spends time in the kitchen. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this device adds real value to your cooking routine!

We were nervous to hire a new company to create a first prototype for my patented product after being burned by a company before. Kickr… WOW! Our team, led by James Ghiorse, exceeded our expectations by far. Each step of our process was perfectly organized, and communication was fluid and clear. This is one special team with a great approach. I unfortunately couldn’t pursue my initial project with Kickr but Aaron provide a wealth of information, he is Mr. Work Smarter Not Harder. You can hear the passion in his voice and the general curiosity he has in solving your problem, even if ultimately you don’t collaborate with Kickr. I love old school customer service and Kickr definitely has the Southern Charm!!
