i had misfortune 4 years ago to hire a firm to wire my apartment and set up media room who choose key digital as product to use. unit constantly malfunctioned where i had no tv for days until repaired ,and almost daily i had to reset unit for it to work.after 2 years i was given a refurbished unit as replacement which did work better but still had same issues as prior but less often. finally 6 months ago one of the 6 inputs stopped working meaning that tv connected to that input would not work.after working through company who installed unit went no where i was able to finally get call with sales manger at key digital( who said they don't deal with customers) and was told that although model was only 4 years old they stopped making model and have no parts for it. he tried to sell me a new model for 12k which i declined ,then proceeded to offer me a refurnished model similar to mine for 5k.these figures don't include installation which would be an additional 2k or more. he inferred that people changed unit to latest and greatest every few years which is somewhat ridiculous considering these units are very expensive to buy and to install. when one spends considerable amount of money on product which is marketed as high end i believe they should be built to last and they should be very dependable for which this product is neither .the product ,from my research and interviewing firms to install new brand is inferior and management is very unresponsive .save your money and buy elsewhere
