Craig is an awesome technician with an astute knowledge of plumbing and offered important guidance towards solving our water meter issue. In one month we doubled our water usage without any visible signs of a leak. Ultimately we were using an extra 25,000 gallons of water than usual without any visible signs of a leak. Through his suggestions we were able to isolate the problem and are looking forward to our regular monthly payments. Thank you KID for ensuring you have the best technicians!!!!

Would've been nice for them to consider that fact that people might want to drive through the street, and maybe not park the trucks blocking the way with no warning. Truck on the left could've easily parked elsewhere to allow cars to go through. Got to do a nice detour around the block just to park in my driveway.

Linson and his crew were great to work with. When I ran into an issue with a plumbing company, KID sent guys after hours to help fix the problem and ensure I had water! They were quick and informative. Super grateful for the work they did at our home.

After the account being in my dead fathers name since 1999, they decided to send a shut off notice to my front door , because I asked to change it to my name , hmmm I have been paying the bill for over 3 years for my mother, it is not past due... This kind of baffels me. Could they not call ? send a letter ? why a shut off notice is that not a waste of fuel and man power for no reason ....

I normally do not go out of my way to rate someone, but this place is atrocious. I have had to resend a notarized document twice because of negligence within the office. On top of that, im being billed for a service over 1 year ago that they just found out about! and they are trying to charge a late fee aside from the fact they found the pending balance 1 year later. I would say to avoid working with them, however they are the only water provider... cheers to gray hairs and balding

They have no idea what customer service is. No apologies or nothing for their unacceptable automatic system. I got charged 2 months in advance for setting up automatic payment and it put my checking account in the negative! They don't care!

I just got screwed by getting kicked off their equal pay plan because the person who I gave my payment information to on the phone earlier this month never actually ran it!!! Oh.. and their online software isn't built to say "Past Due" when customers are behind on a payment. The rep said they are aware of the software issue but the provider of their software has refused to fix it. So... the rep didn't process the payment like they should have AND their online system is faulty. When I called in about this they said there is nothing they can do and I'm off equal pay (just in time for high SUMMER water bills!) until January 2018. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said that they would just take down my number because.... get this.... the supervisor's voicemail isn't working. #SURPRISESURPRISESURPRISE

they have done something to my water pressure it’s so low now it used to be great now it trickles out except when it hit s 11pm it goes up again .i have the same neighbors i’ve had for yrs no reason for it
