Paid for software, they could not get it (e.g. it was an older version). I have never received a refund after many many calls and emails requesting it.
Every phone call goes to voice mail
They do not respond to questions via voice mail or via questions on their website.
They request payment through paypal, but through a money transfer. Pay Pal will not refund this as it doesn't show up as a payment for service or item.
