This was our first experience with Custom Home Design, and it was an exceptionally good one. Patrick Miller took a special interest in the renovation of our home and produced an excellent plan. Joe Johnson, the architect, provided anecdotal suggestions which we liked and incorporated into the design. Christina Bucknell made the timing work that got our plans out efficiently. When I review a company, I look first at the quality of their work and then the timeliness of their operation. Last, but not least is their engagement and cooperation. Custom Home Design has it all and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Custom Home Design.

It was there that we met Joe Johnson, their head architect.

Custom Design & Drafting is an excellent firm to use for design work, engineering, and architectural work. They did all the design work on our 1950's house to be updated to 2021! Additionally they did all the design work for our 134'x60' barn that will be multi-use space for automotive and agricultural. James Losee was very attentive and his design was excellent.

Christina and Melayne have been super helpful and are my go to people for documentation support. They even helped with our NOAs and documentation support for the permits.

Their price is exceptional and provide their services in a timely manner!
