We have been working with Gene and Sergey for over 20 years for our storage needs. We found them and realized they were local to us so we gave them a try around 2003 with a 16 bay SCSI enclosure. Here we are 20 years later with petabytes of data on various HDD/SSD/NAS units from these guys! Not to forget Denise as well for being awesome!

Gene and Sergey were great to work with helping us spec out the exact hardware we needed. Their price on hard drives couldn't be beat by any of our other suppliers and everything arrived quickly and in good condition. Had a bumpy start with our QSAN flash array due to a failed drive (that didn't flag as failing right away). But Gene and his storage engineer continued to work with us until the problem was diagnosed. Since then we have had zero issues with the storage and it is performing just as fast as our Pure storage array. Gene has always been quick to respond to our questions.

Absolutely top notch service.
We needed a SAN urgently, Gene and his team got it done for us in record time. Communication with the team was almost instantaneous even on a Sunday! And i'm not an easy guy to please! You don't see this kind of service nowadays and it's nice to see companies like these still exist. I'm a client for life!

Excellent products with excellent support. We are running an older, smaller system, but it performs up to our needs - and most importantly their support was still really quick, kind, and helped us out with exactly the problem we had, just as if we were one of their large customers!
