I wanted to take sometime before writing a review to really digest my experience working for the company. Do not work here, save yourself the headache and stress. I understand if you need to because you’re between jobs, however continue to search for other opportunities. My first day of working here, I had an instant feel of regret leaving my previous position. First they fail to have the proper equipment and will ask you to purchase in promise of a reimbursement.. (I guess the company is tight on money and needs to borrow from their employees) and there’s mouse traps in the “facility”. Everyone is either fired or quits. The work place is a toxic environment, coworkers will talk bad or blame each other. Management will talk bad to their employees as well, with settle threats of letting you go, the list goes on. Please continue to look for employment elsewhere. No I will not email someone in regards to my experience, it’s not worth taking it further. I am happy with where I am now but it’s only fair to warn others before applying here. Also please look at reviews on indeed as they approve honest reviews where google just allows anyone to post. Did a COVID Clinical Trial through Tryon Medical Partners and Javara. It was the Moderna clinical trial. At first, they were sweet, attentive and caring. A few months into the trial- when I was experiencing a few health problems- Javara and Tryon Medical Partners were unresponsive and then pushed me off saying they were unrelated. I ended up in ER with arm and leg numbness. This eventually passed, and I went back for blood draws etc. Now I am experiencing problems and I can’t get through to them- they’re not answering their Google voice number or returning calls. Oh and, in the Javara Charlotte office located in Tryon Medical- the front desk gentleman is rude and I heard him talking poorly about patients last time I was there for a blood draw.

Just wish they were better and cared more.
