Jasmin helped me every step of the way!! I really like that she was able to speak Spanish and be able to communicate with me and my family. My family had been receiving unsolicited offers from out-of-state 'investors' for our desert property, but when it came down to it, they wanted us to sign a warranty deed, and then they were scared off by the extra work of having to deal with multiple sellers. I 'cold-called' Jasmin to help me sell a vacant lot inherited from my parents. My sister and I had been trying to sell the lot for years. (My mother has been gone 8 years.) I was worried that no one would take the listing. I told her my sister and I were anxious to sell, and suggested a painfully low listing price.

Thankfully, Jasmin had a cooler head and suggested a sale price with the assurance that we could always lower the price if we didn't get an offer.

To my amazement, Jasmin called about a month later with a great offer! We couldn't believe it. She had done her homework, and was very generous with her time in letting us know what needed to be done and how things worked.

Just as important, Jasmin had patience with my sister and I. We are 'of a certain age,' and aren't very techie. She was always quick to respond to emails and/or calls, and helped us with getting through the paperwork.

The sale of this lot was bittersweet in that it was the last piece of property we had of our parents. Jasmin gave us an easy, and satisfying final outcome in this final chapter of my parent's legacy. I'm thankful that Jasmine was the person who answered the phone when I called...I highly recommend her!
