Quality control is near nonexistent, and they do not stand behind their products.
They can’t even put the right products in the box.
Their use of sock accounts to boost their google ratings couldn’t be more obvious or pathetic.

They won’t stand behind their products, when we called about a defective battery , they says it’s discontinued and they cannot help. Come on the toy is pretty new and they don’t stand behind their products. You should give alternative options rather than saying sorry 🙏
