Izzy and his team are great! He made the process of upgrading our network harward really easy.

He took the time to assess our needs. I felt like he took care to ensure he was selecting equipement that was size to our needed. I never got the sense that he was trying to upsell any equipement.

Communication was great, the installation was really easy and he had us up and running within the alloted time.

Follow up post install has been great. We will be using IT Ninjas and Izzy for all of our IT needs going forward.

It's important for me to state that in this review because the folks referring me knows better who can be trusted in an industry that can easily take advantage of customers. Izzy made an appointment for a consult and he blew me away from the get go. He's a very smart guy that brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to my company. He has transformed Battalion Airsoft into the next decade by upgrading what needed upgrading and making other systems just work better, faster and trouble free. He is currently adding a network of TV's that will enhance the customer experience beyond anything we've ever had before! I rarely write reviews, but IT Ninjas deserves one! I work for PuroClean and we recently switched our IT services over to to this company. Izzy is always quick to respond to any IT problems we have and is very helpful. He also explains everything in a way that is easy for a non-IT brain to understand. Unfortunately Google only allows me to give 5 stars. I would give a 10/10. Highly recommend!!
