I wish I could rate this place with negative 5 stars. A one star rating is too good for this place. Awful shipper. First time there and hope to never go back. Very, very slow and they couldn't care less. It took 3 hours to get loaded with 4 pieces of pipe.

Extremely slowly unloading me. To unload 1 pallet I have waited for 3 hours. But There were many employees and forklifts in the yard. Staff is not professional.

The boss name Shawn or Sean in Kingman Az is rude and unprofessional. I thought that if a client had an issue about something that they could reach out to the person that was in charge or that holds a manager position. Apparently not with Sean. He was very rude, short, and unhelpful. The guys that work the forklifts are GREAT! That’s the only thing I like about that place! Management is HORRIBLE!
