Wasted $233. Bought an SSD card for $75, paid him $95 the day before just to check if the computer had any viruses. He advised me to purchase an SSD card which would make the computer perform better. Paid him $63 to install that (the following day after I paid him the $95). Before I took the computer to him I told him exactly what was going on and I needed it for work, and it was unable to pass a PC check. The same error I got before I took it to him, it’s the same error I got after. Smh I sent him a text about wasting my money and I could’ve gotten a bundle for less. He told me I couldn’t cause if I went to Walmart it would cost over $600, I told him I wasn’t gonna go to Walmart, it would’ve been Amazon. He said he was gonna see if he has any RAM at his house or his buddy’s place of business, he never called me back. I asked him about the processor he said it’s not worth buying a new processor for it because the computer is old. Basically you knew exactly what you were doing, it was just about making money. No, I wouldn’t recommend. I don’t like dishonesty. Let me know straight up the shit ain’t gonna work. Guess what, I had to purchase a bundle from Amazon. Almost $400 in the space of two days.

I must say that not only were they professional, but they did their best to make sure that I got the best option to replace my screen both financially and quality wise. It’s been months now and my laptop screen still looks brand new! Also, I didn’t have to wait too long for the repair. It only took about 3 days. I had an iPad Pro air that had charging issues, called JJ who offered to meet me at a halfway point since he was going to be in the area of my medical appointment. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed that evening and had it repaired for me to pickup in morning. Once I got it home he helped me via text and phone to problem solve an issue. iPad working well with one specific charger and not others. I would not hesitate to use his repair service again for phone or tablet repair. I appreciate his turn over time very much and I always like to support our veterans.

I am so grateful to have met my new and forever tech, Jj. I found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient and honest, with an absolute desire to help anyone that seeks his help. If he can’t help you he will tell you. He built his business on honesty and integrity. This is his way of doing business and he is busy all the time. My computer was beyond fixing and Jj got me into one of his. I am so happy with the one I have now. He went above and beyond and even offered to come to my home to set it up for me. He was very patient with all my questions and knew I was apprehensive about a new computer and new system. He patiently explained everything to me. Thank you Jj!!

PC tower would not turn on and was not looking to buying a new one. JJ offered solutions that cost me less then buying a new one. He was able to save my data and got it running again. He showed me it worked before I took it back and when I took it home made contact again making sure it ran smooth when I installed it at home. Not being tech savvy as him he answered all my questions which I was very appreciative of. I would go to him again if I had tech that needed to be looked at.
