Took my phone to have the screen changed/fixed. The gentleman at the counter was soooo helpful! He let me know my options and the cost for each option. He fixed my phone in about an hour & applied a new screen protector, which was all within my budget! He let me check the phone to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends! Thank you again 🙏🏼🙏🏼

This is the best place! Had cracked screen Galaxy S23 Ultra repaired. I really appreciated Mustafa showing me the difference between the brand screen and retail screen from Samsung so I could confidently make my decision. He was very efficient, professional, prices are fair and the best in the area! I loved that I could shop in the mall/run errands while my phone was being repaired. I will be coming here for all phone needs in the future, thank you Mustafa!

Horrible customer service. I took my phone in to get my screen repaired after calling and givjng specifics on my type of phone and color the gentlemen stated that he would have it the next day. When i drop my phone off the next day they repair my screen and when I pick up the screen is a completely different color than my phone color that i specified on the phone the day before. They never said they didnt have my color screen before switching . They tryed to say I must have called a different place but i double checked and it was them i called. It took over an hour to put the screen on . Dont waste your time with this place . They dont take responsibility for there mistakes .Very unprofessional

Wasted my time.

I came to see if he could fix the screen on two of my Samsung galaxy devices. After a brief conversation, he mentioned that it’s possible that he may be able to buy both of the phones from me however, he needed about 45 minutes to look into it. I told him thank you and left both phones with him and came back at the specified time that he stated which was 6:30 PM. I arrived at 6:36 to give him a little bit more time. He mentioned to me oh, I still need 20 more minutes. This was upsetting and he did not explain why however I complied and waited. After coming back 20 minutes later, he mentioned very abruptly that the devices don’t work and he will not be able to buy them from me. I felt as this was a waste of my time when I originally came to the counter he was able to put power to both phones, as an expert in this field, it should not have taken him this long to be able to assess the devices. From a customer service standpoint this is a waste of my time and I will not be back or refer anyone.
