Our real estate business recently used Invoke Construction to completely renovate TWO separate apartments. Kyle and his crew came to the units, thoroughly went over all the things that needed to be completed, quoted us a fair price, completed the renovations as discussed, finished on time, and followed-up after the work was done to ensure that we were satisfied with the final product.

The crews were very professional and the craftsmanship was excellent. The renovated apartments looked great and one rented just days after being completed. I would definitely recommend Invoke Construction to anyone in the Gainesville area looking to have some work done on their home!

My husband and I are DIYers for the most part but when we had to completely gut a bathroom (even the joists below the floor), we knew we needed an expert to tackle some things. We could not be happier with the way our bathroom turned out!!!

What we appreciated most about Invoke was that Invoke's owner was a delight to work with. While he was working on our reno he taught us as he went because he knew we would be DIYing a similar project. That was such a blessing! Fast forward to the next project: we ran into some unusual issues so we called Invoke's owner and he walked us through what to do over the phone.

Later down the road Invoke became one of our customers. It is what we consider the perfect customer - everyone we interact with is super pleasant and easy to work with, Invoke issues payment soon after they receive an invoice, and they are open to suggestions but also know what they want.

Their website talks about how they centered their company on taking exceptionally good care of others and we will attest that has been our experience in all our dealings with Invoke.
