I rent with invitation homes. My water heater decided to go out at 5 PM on a Friday. I was able to get on the Maintenance app and Schedule a repair , it was schedule within 12 hrs and and completed the very next day! The maintenance man explained everything he was doing before it was done. Everything in a timely matter! I highly recommend and appreciate them.

Ramiro was so quick and efficient. Got straight to the problem and solution. Very respectful and welcoming. I had 2 others come before him to fix the dishwasher and both said they would reschedule to bring the parts but Ramiro did it all in a day. Really appreciate him taking my time into consideration

After an atrocious day that started with getting towed and dealing with all sorts of shitty attitude from other people it was nice to be assisted by someone who cares and actually showed respect!
