What can I say, you are all short changing yourselves if you don't use these folks. A year ago I was writing a grant for our city & three days before it was to be submitted my computer suddenly died & everything for the grant was my hard drive. Literally and desperately, I searched for computer stores & came across InVision Computers which was the closest to our home. When I called, Reed answered & after describing my plight he said to bring it in. After doing some checking all I needed was a power cord & $20 later I was out the door -- (btw, he saved my bacon & we got the grant). This spring I took my laptop in again and he installed an antivirus software & while working on it Reed explained in detail why my computer was running so stinking slow (cheap hard drive). Shoot ahead two months later & he installed a 500 GB solid state hard drive & it was well worth the money. He was also able to keep my original hard drive installed to use as a backup. My computer now literally runs 200% faster & I couldn't be happier, it's like I've got a new computer. Reed is VERY friendly, honest & knowledgeable; while working with him he addressed all of my concerns & I never felt rushed despite answering my "stupid" questions. He also doesn't beat around the bush & tells you exactly what is needed and never tries to sell you something you don't need. Give 'em a try, I promise you won't be disappointed.

My laptop screen broke unexpectedly. I was referred to Reed. When I showed up he quickly set up my account to order a new screen. He was upfront and honest in all cost, fair to other places that would try to make you spend more money. It took about a week to fix my screen (considering shipping a new screen to him it was very quick)
When I got it it was noticeably cleaner he said he cleaned it! He also showed me a few more little things to make my computer more adaptable. I will be back for all of my other technical issues!

I did some shopping around trying to find the right computer repair place and I was disappointed by what I found. Then I stopped in this shop and I felt like every aspect of the service was what it should be. The owner was knowledgeable, smart, and friendly. He was actually very informative but not in a pushy or rude way some people who work in tech can be. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed and the quote he gave when he actually took a look at my device was lower than the price he quoted me over the phone. I highly recommend this computer repair shop.
