InTouch Health technology has been a huge asset and positive boon to our Stroke Telehealth program. As a Comprehensive Stroke Center, having an immediate, high quality consult in our ED for every stroke patient that came through the door was essential. InTouch has allowed us to partner with some of the foremost neurologists in Chicago for that immediate feedback needed for patient planning.
Traffic and conflicting emergencies are no longer an issue to get a neurologist at the bedside for our patients. They are there within five minutes of activation no matter what!

InTouch Health is an invaluable partner in providing superior telemedicine service to our facilities as evidenced by our 15 RP Lites, one Xpress, and three Viewpoint robots.
Services and support with fast response by TAC keeps our robots ready for use. We not only use them for wound care but also for strokes, Neuro events, Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Toxicology, Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery, Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing, Congestive Heart Failure Program, Community Health, and Post-Acute Care.
Using InTouch Health telemedicine for virtual visits provides quick and easy access for patients seen at our satellite locations. Patients would normally need to travel 20 to 30 miles and generally wait for appointment time later in the week. By using virtual visits, the patient’s healing time decreases because of expedited interventions.
