Would not reccomend- Long time customer- Saw customer service go from 5 star to -10 star. THEN, when I wanted to cancel, WHAT a joke- They say you signed a 60 day cancellation fee, that they can still charge you for 60 days once you've cancelled- Cannot understand there service people, sounds like their offshore. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. DEFINITELY DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!! Shady company.

Canceled my service which is supposed to be month to month and they spring on me that they require 60 days notice to cancel service. So I’m getting charged for an additional 2 months of service when I no longer use the service. Seems a little shady to me. Customer support was not interested in helping at all.

I've been using InTouchGPS, first as Virtual Fleet Supervisor and through the migration process, for a total of about 5 years now. I'm very satisfied with the product. No downtime, fully functional and the product comes with all the bells and whistles... Comparable or better than anything else on the market. The customer service has also been tremendous. They have been accommodating and also very, very responsive to my requests. I cannot say enough good things about both product and company.

Needed to cancel service and they told me I had to give them 60 notice before my year renewal. We all know it takes a click of a button to cancel service. What a SCAM!!!! Do not trust!!!
