I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the past two weeks, making numerous calls to customer care, but there was no response. It was frustrating to have no follow-up or acknowledgment. Finally, I received a call today offering an appointment for Monday morning at 9:30 AM, with no flexibility for other timings. The communication from the representative was poor, and the response felt rude and dismissive. While I cannot yet comment on the actual service, the handling of customer calls and scheduling is very unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves their customer service process.
