Our experience with Interact was exceptional! We were looking for a way to host a vocal personality quiz we had envisioned, but couldn't find a platform that could accommodate it. Then we found Interact. The platform itself was extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, so we had our quiz set up in no time. But the truly incredible part was the customer service. We were able to speak personally with Jane, ask our questions and make feature requests, and get feedback on what we'd designed. We at Voice Body Connection are so glad Interact exists, and give them our highest recommendation!

Awful experience. The quiz was easy enough to set up and was really useful.

However. In 48 hours the link kept breaking and sending clients to the home page for interact. This makes me look unprofessional in my business. When I asked for help the staff wasn’t exactly sure why it was doing this.

Really disappointed in this. Staff were friendly and helpful but if something basic like the link not working can’t be sorted out, it’s a shame.

I've been incredibly impressed by the Interact quiz builder. It was easy and fast to get up and running with the very intuitive interface and powerful features. I had a client requirement to display correct answer explanations with their quiz, and this builder was one of very few that actually handle that so easily. Clearly it can be scaled and customized to more advanced quiz types and the opportunities for engagement seem numerous. Another stand out for me has been the support. They were always nice, quick and responsive with my questions and really helped. 5 stars!

Exceptional customer service! Support staff provided intro zoom conference call to discuss details of Interact, how it works, features. A week later scheduled a follow up call to discuss my progress in creating a quiz and to address any questions or concerns. This is unheard of before even stating a subscription! The platform itself is very straight forward, formatted templates for easy start. Plenty of information and step by step process. I am not a tech person at all and easily able to set up a beautiful quiz quickly and easily!

I adore Interact! It's the only quiz platform (that I know of) that integrates with Infusionsoft beautifully. When a user completes a quiz, their results are connected to their contact through a unique tag. Slick! The quizzes are easy to set up and work beautifully on a mobile device. From a list building perspective, I like that users complete the quiz and then give their email address to get the results. The team at Interact has been fantastic. From the get-go, they gave me suggestions and advice on making my quiz the best it could be. Five stars all around.

After banging my head for DAYS against a really poorly designed Quiz app that kept breaking, I finally switched to Interact. What an upgrade! The entire user is experience is friendly and intuitive, just follow the steps.

My quiz is an intricate, in-depth Personality Quiz which triggers a different email sequence depending on the result, and the only place I got stuck was with the Mailchimp integration as I didn't know how to create the proper triggers and segments. THANKFULLY, I was able to talk to Josh the following day on Zoom and within 15 minutes my segments were created and email sequences ready to go.

Their chat customer service is also quite amazing as I got a response within an hour.

To say that I'm happy with Interact and their customer service is an understatement and I can't wait to see the list growth (and in-depth market research) as a result of my quiz.
