Dan is extremely expert and knowledgeable with all kinds of computer issues. He cloned my desktop so I could continue to use Windows 7 (with all of my old fav software). He did it all in less than 1 hour! He also wrote a batch script for my laptop AND desktop to facilitate quick and easy external drive back ups. Further - - - My copy and scan software had not worked for 4 years on my desktop, and he fixed it remotely! Wow!
He is patient, kind, calm, and very smart. He cares about his customers and is a good listener. He made me feel taken care of the first time I talked to him on the phone. He is also very personable. Dan was a Godsend. We had a very complicated wifi issue living out in the middle of nowhere and needing to cover a large area with wifi. We had no idea how to do it ourselves. I stumbled across Dan here on Google, and I'm so glad I did. He went above and beyond to figure out what we needed, even going so far as to purchase the equipment ahead of time, set it up at his home on his own time before bringing it here to install. Dan did an overall scan of my computer system. He verified that I had a backup system and made recommendations to improve this process. Involving me in the process, he looked for and discussed programs that I was not using that were slowing down my computer and recommended solutions. Dan recommended that we only make certain changes until we could verify that the initial corrections where working properly. Dan spent the time explaining his recommendations and gave me tips for the optimal use of my 7 year old computer. He's was extremely patient with all our questions no matter how basic.

THE BEST!!! Four years ago, I purchased my PC and hired Geek Squad to set it up and transfer my data from my old PC to the new one. BIG MISTAKE - They totally screwed everything up. Fortunately I found Dan, explained to him my needs including running my financial services business on it and he took it from there. Everything ran so smoothly as Dan configured the PC with multiple back up drives. Now 4 years later, after thousands of hours of use and having moved 500 miles away, my data drive finally was about to fail. So I took it into the local highly rated PC repair shop and they were blown away by how professionally my PC was configured. All they did was remove the failing drive and said it was too much for them to handle. I called Dan. Within 5 minutes of him remotely accessing my PC, via his direction, I ordered 2 new drives from Amazon. They arrived 2 days later and he walked me through how to easily install them. Then he again did his magic. My PC is not only up and running, but running exactly as it did before. Everything is there and I never skipped a beat. It's configured exactly as it was before and Dan was able to do all of this while being 500 miles away. Dan is incredible and incredibly honest. His fees are extremely reasonable. Yes, I would HIGHLY recommend Dan. You won't find anyone better personally or professionally!!!
